To purchase our products, please use one of the following ordering options.

• Order Online - Use the Online Order form to send your order information to us online. Enter your billing and shipping information, credit card information and the items you wish to purchase into the order form and submit it to us. We will calculate the subtotal and add tax, if it is applicable, and shipping and handling costs. Online orders are placed using your credit card. All online orders are on a secure server. We accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Cards. We will process your credit card order manually, after it is received, for additional security purposes. If there are any problems with your credit card information, we will contact you by email or by phone, so make sure that information is correct.

• FAX Order - Use our Printable Order Form. Once printed, you can then fill out all the pertinent information and send us your order via FAX at (973) 560-0510.

• MAIL Order - Use our Printable Order Form. Once printed, you can then fill out all the pertinent information and send us your order by MAIL to: Zigarelli Chocolates, 5 Ronald Drive, East Hanover, NJ 07936. All checks and money orders should be made out to Zigarelli Chocolates.

• Order by Telephone: (973) 428-0000. Please have the following information ready: product item codes, quantities, shipping information, and credit card information.

Method of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Cards, or money orders. Sorry no COD's. If you wish to pay by check, mail your order form with check and your order will be shipped once check is cleared. All checks and money orders should be made out to Zigarelli Chocolates.

Sending Gifts

You may email or provide hard copy by fax at 973-560-0510 with a list of gift recipients, with what you would like written on the gift card. Please include your phone number in case we have any questions.

Gift Wrapping

If you need an item wrapped simply request it when placing your order.

Minimum Order

A minimum amount of $10.00 is required on orders that are being shipped.

Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Customr pays all shipping costs. We package our products very well. If merchandise arrives damaged, call us within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange.
